Christopher Noe

Chairman

Chris Noe serves as Zixi’s chairman and is actively involved in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. He is an industry veteran having led three software and service businesses serving the broader television industry, which were sold to OpenTV and Sintec Media, respectively. Chris is currently general partner of Dublin Capital, a Lenfest family fund that invests in digital media, software and technology enabled service businesses.

Prior to working for the Lenfest family, Chris was a managing director with Katalyst, a venture fund and private equity services firm focused on the cable and information technology industries. He has held leadership positions with IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, and KPMG.

Chris attained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and earned his certification as a public accountant in the state of Connecticut.

Gordon Brooks

Executive Chairman and CEO

Gordon Brooks is an experienced leader with more than 30-years of software and services technology experience. He has founded, helped launch or transformed eight companies, five as CEO, resulting in two IPO’s and five private sales creating over $13 billion in value. At Zixi Gordon is responsible for chairing the Office of the CEO and developing the day-to-day execution of Zixi’s strategic plan and delivery against company objectives.

Before joining Zixi, Gordon was the President of C3 IoT, a big data, IoT and predictive analytics software platform company which provides the capability to design, development, deploy and operate complex large-scale AI applications. As the CEO of Symphony Services, a commercial software product development services company, he grew the business from 100 people to over 4,000 which sold for $800 million. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Breakaway Solutions, a Full-Service B2B Commerce solution provider, Gordon started the company and took it public with a market cap of over $6 billion. At Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), as a Co-Founder, Global Chief Sales Officer and SVP of the Americas he helped grow the company to over $850m in revenues and conducted a successful IPO with a market cap over $5b. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire. Gordon has attended advanced graduate programs at Seton Hall University and Northwestern University.

Israel Drori

Founder, Board Member

Israel Drori, over the past 24 years, has founded and operated numerous technology companies, which redefined markets, delivered shareholder value and have been recognized as market innovators and leaders. Israel co-founded Zixi in 2006, and previously served as the Company’s President.

Prior to co-founding Zixi, Israel served as the CEO and President of Integra5, a real-time voice, video, broadband and mobile data communications company, where he successfully re-started the company and established its sales and marketing strategies. Prior to leading Integra5, Israel founded and served as CEO to three other companies. These companies include: Legra Systems, an enterprise wireless switching systems company; MeetU, a web-based online collaboration company, which was acquired by Polycom (NASDAQ: PLCM); and NetXchange, an Internet messaging infrastructure software and applications company that Israel led to become a recognized product leader in the voice-over-IP market. Israel also served as the Vice President of Wireless Access at BreezeCOM (NASDAQ: ALVR), where he repositioned the company as a leader in the wireless Internet-access marketplace. In the early 90’s, Israel founded and led LanOptics (NASDAQ: LNOP) as Vice President of Corporate Development. He guided LanOptics through a successful IPO in the LAN Switch/Hub market two and a half years after the company’s inception.

Israel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

John Bishop

Board Member

John Bishop is President of Librestream where he leads the company’s product and business development strategies. Prior to Librestream, John was the Chief Technology Officer at Akamai, the global leader in Content Delivery Network services. Before Akamai, John was Director Strategic Initiatives at Cisco Systems and co-founder and Senior Vice President of Products and Business Development at Inlet Technologies, which was acquired by Cisco in April 2011. He is recognized as a digital video industry expert and pioneer and was responsible for Inlet’s leading infrastructure products and solutions.

John began his career at IBM where he served as a product engineer with IBM’s Aptiva PC Division. John then served as the Director of Business Development and Product Management for Osprey Technologies. In 2003, John co-founded Inlet Technologies and led product management, product marketing, systems architecture, business development and strategy. He was the vision and leadership behind Inlet’s leading products and positioned Inlet to have numerous market firsts. These innovations included being the first encoding technology provider to support Silverlight Smooth streaming as well as the first to support iPhone and iPad streaming. He holds B.S. degrees in Chemical and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Ted Henderson

Board Member

Ted Henderson is a Managing Partner at Schooner Capital, a Boston-based investment firm which was founded in 1971 and operates with a permanent capital base. Ted invests in venture and growth stage companies, while applying resources on firm strategy and asset allocation. Presently, Ted serves as a director at Zixi, Spotted Risk, SRS Medical and Cartesian Therapeutics. He has led and served as a director at a number of former Schooner holdings, including MediaSilo, StyleFeeder, Seventh Generation, 4G Clinical, Millstone Medical Outsourcing, and Topokine Therapeutics. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College, with a degree in Chinese language and culture.

Orhan Gazelle

Board Member

Orhan Gazelle is a Principal at Schooner Capital where he focuses on both new venture and growth stage opportunities.  He serves on the boards of multiple SaaS companies, including Breezeway, MarginEdge, Zippity and Zixi, and is heavily involved with a number of other Schooner holdings.  Prior to joining Schooner, he worked at Taulia, a financial supply chain company based in San Francisco, where he served as a cross-functional business partner responsible for leading company-wide analytics.  Orhan holds a Master of Engineering Management from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and a BS with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Hillel Bachrach

Hillel Bachrach is a dynamic executive with over 30 years of hands-on Management and directorship with all aspects of successful commercial global introductions of new, innovative and revolutionary medical technologies. His work has led to significant sustained and profitable growth providing direct and positive impact on the valuation of the corresponding enterprises he has been involved with. Hillel has been the pilot of numerous successful exits including various IPO’s, several Mergers and Acquisitions to strategic buyers, sponsors, and financial buyers.
