Support is available to most customers Monday through Friday between 0800-1800 ET.

Zixi Tech Support, Knowledge Base and the Community Forum are available to all current customers via the Zixi Zendesk portal available via log in at below link. To create a new account, click the sign up link and verify your e-mail address with Zendesk before proceeding to the next steps.
