Zixi is a privately held company led by media industry veterans and IP video experts, with company headquarters in Waltham, MA and an R&D team in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Christopher Noe - Executive Chairman
Chris Noe serves as Zixi’s chairman and is actively involved in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. He is an industry veteran having led three software and service businesses serving the broader television industry, which were sold to OpenTV and Sintec Media, respectively. Chris is currently general partner of Dublin Capital, a Lenfest family fund that invests in digital media, software and technology enabled service businesses.
Prior to working for the Lenfest family, Chris was a managing director with Katalyst, a venture fund and private equity services firm focused on the cable and information technology industries. He has held leadership positions with IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, and KPMG.
Chris attained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and earned his certification as a public accountant in the state of Connecticut (since expired).
Israel Drori - Founder and President
Israel Drori, over the past 24 years, has founded and operated numerous technology companies, which redefined markets, delivered shareholder value and have been recognized as market innovators and leaders. Since founding Zixi in 2006, Israel has served as the Company’s CEO and is responsible for Zixi’s vision, long-term planning, market strategy and product development.
Prior to founding Zixi, Israel served as the CEO and President of Integra5, a real-time voice, video, broadband and mobile data communications company, where he successfully re-started the company and established its sales and marketing strategies. Prior to leading Integra5, Israel founded and served as CEO to three other companies. These companies include: Legra Systems, an enterprise wireless switching systems company; MeetU, a web-based online collaboration company, which was acquired by Polycom (NASDAQ: PLCM); and NetXchange, an Internet messaging infrastructure software and applications company that Israel led to become a recognized product leader in the voice-over-IP market. Israel also served as the Vice President of Wireless Access at BreezeCOM (NASDAQ: ALVR), where he repositioned the company as a leader in the wireless Internet-access marketplace. In the early 90’s, Israel founded and led LanOptics (NASDAQ: LNOP) as Vice President of Corporate Development. He guided LanOptics through a successful IPO in the LAN Switch/Hub market two and a half years after the company's inception.

Uri Avni - Founder and CTO
Uri Avni is a scientist, inventor and pragmatic technologist. As Chief Technology Officer, Uri is responsible for pushing the boundaries in research and development of the Zixi technology as well as the delivery of Zixi products.
Uri brings a wealth of experience in hardware systems and software development to Zixi, which he acquired at the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). As a Captain, Uri served as the lead developer of operative software for complex electronic warfare systems. There, he also researched and implemented electronic warfare algorithms, geographical software infrastructure, and wireless communications infrastructure. In 2002, Uri served as Software Developer for Talent Solutions, a Raanana company. Uri was involved in advancing real-time IP protocol auditing systems and led a team that developed network-enabled surveillance systems as well as a high performance audio archiving and streaming system.
Uri received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, cum laude, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Tel Aviv University.
Dave Fay - Chief Financial Officer
Dave Fay is an experienced financial executive with more than 30 years managing corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, legal, and human resources. He has worked primarily in early stage venture backed private corporations and has been involved with four strategic acquisitions.
Prior to Zixi, Dave has provided CFO advisory services for early stage and growing companies since 2007, working with founders and management teams to help implement a financial and administrative structure, as well as assisting with financial transactions and administrative responsibilities of ongoing businesses.
Prior to this role, Dave had over 20 years of experience as a hands on entrepreneurial financial professional who has helped grow companies from pre-revenue to $50M+. Dave has been involved in four acquisitions, numerous private venture capital equity fundraising and venture debt transactions. His industry experience includes Software technology, Enterprise Software, SaaS, and Hardware companies. Some of the firms he has worked for include Star-Tek, 3Com, XOsoft, CA (Computer Associates), FilesX, IBM, Viewfinity and CyberArk.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Steve Saleski - Senior Vice President World Wide Sales
Steve Saleski is a seasoned Sales Executive with more than 20 years of worldwide technology sales experience in video, mobile and IP communications. At Zixi, Steve is responsible for establishing the Company’s worldwide sales strategies, growing the business in the Americas, Europe and Asia, overseeing the sales team and managing all customer-facing activities.
Prior to Zixi, Steve was Vice President of Global Sales at NetSocket, an early-stage provider of enterprise VoIP and video monitoring software, where he was responsible for closing initial orders and recruiting the sales team. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales at NMS Communications, an $80M solutions provider of converged and mobile networks, where he managed the Americas and EMEA sales teams. Steve joined NMS from BBN Technologies (now Ramp), where he was Vice President of Business Development and successfully secured initial customer wins for this early stage video Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Company. Prior to BBN, Steve was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Empirix, the leading provider of service quality assurance for new IP communications, where he grew sales from $4 to $47M.

Emeka Okoli - Vice President - Professional Services and Support
Emeka Okoli is a passionate advocate of Zixi’s customers and products. As Vice President of Customer Care, Emeka leads customer support, pre-sale technical consulting and solutions delivery.
Prior to Zixi, Emeka was the CTO and Vice President of Product & Information Systems at WARM2Kids Inc., a charitable foundation. Emeka developed a unique method of broadening technology outreach in inner cities and suburbs across the United States. His model was recognized and achieved significant grants from Microsoft and others. Emeka was also previously at Polycom as IS Manager and a Pre- and Post-Sales Manager at MeetU. In the mid 90s, Emeka also co-founded OHC, Inc., a technical-support service provider.
Emeka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Management, Information Technology from Northeastern University.
Eric Bolten - Vice President Strategic Accounts
Eric has worked with leading high technology companies with a focus on digital video on a global basis for the world’s most demanding customers. Eric has held executive, sales, marketing and business development roles in markets that range from Australia and Asia to South America, Europe and the United States serving the biggest media and sports entities in the world and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Eric previously worked for technology providers: Com Tech, PictureTel, Vela Research, Venaca and Signiant in a variety of revenue-driven roles, helping companies grow from startup to multi-millions in sales. Projects have ranged from field and post production to primary broadcasts as well as web, mobile and cloud applications.
Key US media and entertainment clients have included: NFL, NASCAR, NHL, ESPN, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, PBS, Turner Broadcast (CNN, TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network) Disney, Oxygen, Showtime, HBO, National Geographic, Viacom (MTV, VH-1, Comedy Central), Discovery, Bloomberg, A&E Lifetime, Scripps Networks and Verizon.
Eric has extensive international streaming services experience with Fortune 1000 customers requiring a variety of complex video and audio technology solutions for global brands, such as Exxon, P&G, IBM, Shell Oil, Zurich Insurance, British Telecom, IntelSat, and NTT.
Eric graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a dual major in Finance and International Management.
Robin M. Stone - Senior Director of Marketing
Robin is an accomplished marketing leader with over 25 years of strategic and practical experience in multiple high-tech sectors. At Zixi, Robin is responsible for all components of marketing, including brand, public relations, demand and overall strategic direction. Robin has extensive experience in go-to-market strategy, integrated demand generation, channel and third party development, media and events. She has a proven track record of success, which has yielded record revenues at market leaders in three major high-tech industries: Media and Entertainment, IT Security and Networking.
Prior to Zixi, Robin was a marketing leader at Avid Technology where she held a number of marketing roles in her 19 year tenure, contributing to Avid’s success as a recognized world leader in digital media creation, management and distribution solutions. She also served in marketing leadership positions at Sophos, a leading security company, and Cayman Systems.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, where she majored in both Radio & Television Broadcasting and Organizational Communications, with a minor in Business Administration.
